We are delighted to invite you to the seventh annual International Construction Arbitration Conference, the flagship event of the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King's College London.
Event: International Construction Arbitration Conference 2026

This year's conference brings together leading practitioners, academics and industry experts for a full day of discussion on the most pressing issues in construction law and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on current and emerging trends in arbitration for complex construction, infrastructure and energy projects. The programme covers construction arbitration in public contracts and arbitrations with the state, bifurcation, emergency arbitration, the use of AI outside arbitration, defects disputes in renewable and new technology projects, and disputes arising in the data centre lifecycle. The day also includes the launch of a new research project on Construction Disputes in Africa and the Centre's Annual Debate, chaired by Sir Rupert Jackson, before closing with a drinks reception and networking.
Speakers and chairs include Cesar Pereira, Mark Lloyd Williams, Dominique Rawley KC, Philip Clifford KC, Marie Berard, Roberta Downey, Sarah Hannaford KC, Andrew Rigney KC, among many others. You can find the full programme of the Conference and the link for registration here.
Attendance is £120 in person, or free online. Current MSc students in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution attend free of charge. Registration is required to participate.
